What we did for team DashGrocers
To kick things off, we worked closely with founder Trinesh to establish ‘who’ DashGrocers is.
During this process we helped the team to articulate the cornerstones of the DashGrocers brand, like its principle archetypes, tone of voice and overarching goals. From here, our team crafted a Brand Strategy document to help guide the unfurling of the DashGrocers brand.

Our next step was to establish a brand aesthetic for DashGrocers.
Rooted firmly in the Brand Strategy document we delivered to Nitesh, the approach we took with the DashGrocer's brand identity was simple: design in a way that compels and connects.

From there, our team conceptualised and delivered the DashGrocers Design System.
Using the DashGrocers brand as the cornerstone of the deliverable, we crafted an interactive digital style-guide to guide the app design. With the inclusion of everything from button styles to select controls, this deliverable serves as a single source of truth for the visual style of all DashGrocers's digital assets.

With the groundwork laid, our team was able to move into the design of the core DashGrocer value proposition: their online grocery app.
First, we created a comprehensive blueprint for the DashGrocers product, detailing its full UX system. We outlined each end user’s experience and interactions with DashGrocers, allowing Trinesh to visualise their digital product. Once the system was perfected, we added the visual and interactive aspects through an iterative process of UI design.
